TONGWYNLAIS HISTORICAL SOCIETY PRESENTS 'TOLLOWEEN'

Tongwynlais Historical Society present ‘Tolloween’, a brand-new short play for Halloween. Actor John Atkinson performs this poetic one-man piece written and directed by Owen Thomas. Inspired by the wealth of spooky stories and dark tales that exist within the local area, this site-specific piece set in the unique surroundings of the Tollhouse will bring to life some of the things that go bump in the night…

Parking is available on the Tongwynlais RFC pitch.
There is a short walk to the venue. Please let us know in advance if you need any assistance.
Please dress for the outdoors, the Tollhouse has no roof!
There are no toilets due to the nature of the venue.
Play should last around half an hour

In the event of terrible weather we may need to change the venue to The Tanyard in Tongwynlais but we will let you know in advance.

For those who wish to, there will be a ghost vigil using professional paranormal equipment starting at 9.00PM led by Rob Wiseman, our intrepid ghost hunter. Be prepared to contact the spirits in a candlelit Tollhouse on a spooky night. Of course there are no guarantees anything will happen and it's just for entertainment purposes only.
